Africa Energy Services (AES) successfully provided design revision, procurement support, electrical supervision, and full project management for the medium- and low-voltage electrical grids at two major residential developments — the Kora Centralities in Bailundo and Caxito.

Commissioned by the Kora Mitrelli Group, these projects are part of Angola’s national strategy to develop sustainable, modern urban communities.

“We ensured that the electrical networks were built with quality, efficiency, and long-term performance in mind — ready to serve thousands of residents,” said the AES Director.

AES managed everything from reviewing electrical schematics and coordinating procurement logistics, to on-site supervision of cable laying, transformer installation, and final commissioning. Both centralities now benefit from modern and resilient power distribution systems aligned with Angola’s housing growth strategy.
